I have lived in Minnesota my entire life and have been assisting clients throughout the state. Selling:

I will make sure my clients are well advised on what needs to be done to get their home ready to go on the market, and what I will be doing to market and sell their home. With my detailed Marketing Plan, seller will know at all times what I am doing to get their home sold. My objective when selling is quite simple; sell your home for as much as the market will allow, in a reasonable time. This is what all sellers are looking for. When I list a home for sale, my clients may cancel our agreement at anytime if they are not pleased with my services. My thought is if I do not do what I said I would, you most definitely should be able to cancel our agreement.

Buying:

When I represent buyers, my responsibility is to make sure you are making a sound investment. Purchasing a house is typically the single largest investment one will make. I will make sure you are well informed during the entire buying process. From showing you homes for sale, drafting up a purchase agreement, coordinating financing options, home inspections, to the actual closing, I will make sure you have an enjoyable experience. My clients will be shown as many homes as needed to find their perfect home. You may like the first home you look at, or maybe you need to see 40 homes, that is fine by me. Buying a new home should be fun and exciting, and I will make sure this happens!
