Founder

Dan is founder of the MN Real Estate Group and has been selling Real Estate since 1994. He has been repeatedly recognized by Mpls./St. Paul magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly as one of the Top Agents in his field. Dan's primary focus is helping buyers and sellers in the Southern Twin Cities area (Scott and Dakota County). Attention to detail and keeping clients informed at all times are two of Dan's many strengths. Many of his clients come from referrals due to a high level of customer satisfaction. Dan is a lifelong resident of Minnesota and is married with two daughters (Dani & Shelby) and one son (Drew). Whenever Dan has some spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, softball, and rollerblading.

Kerry Kline

Kerry is a graduate of Clarkson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution. After a successful career in Sales and Sales management, Kerry started selling Real Estate in 2000 in the Southwest area of the Twin Cities. Kerry is relocation certified. Kerry has also obtained his Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification from the NationalAssociation of Realtors. Kerry is also a New Construction Specialist and previously sold homes for a custom home builder. He has marketed lake homes and lakeshore lots in the Voyageurs Retreat at Giants Ridge area near Biwabik.
