Determining a home's value is done by comparing similar homes to yours that are For Sale or Sold recently in your area. Once I receive your information on your home (fill out form as completely as possible), I enter that information into the Multiple Listing Service, and it will give me all the homes that are similar to yours and what they are For Sale for, and what they Sold for. Along with the price, you will receive detailed information on each home like photos, how long they have been on the market, features, size, and location. I have been selling Real Estate and doing emailed Market Evaluations for over 14 years, and have a great understanding of home values.
